Turns Left

If you are talking to someone....and they start going off for no reason and making the conversation bigger than it needs to be.... Then they TURN LEFT OR TURNS LEFT...meaning they TURN the conversation in the wrong direction...left....instead of keeping the conversation "Right".... They TURN LEFT!

Example 1: "I'm about to go talk to her but if she Turns left...I'm bout to let her know all about it."
Example 2: "You're gonna go talk to her? What if she turn left?"

Making a U-turn while driving, with little to no regard for laws, pedestrians or oncoming traffic.

cape cod left turn

When your at a dead stop and have to turn right onto the highway going 60mph then turn left off the highway into a parking lot, pull a U-ie and then take another right into the 60mph traffic

Traffic on Cape Cod in the Summer sucks, youve gotta take a Cape Cod Left turn to ever get going left on the highway
