I was in a situation that required me to therasize.
In my opinion thersizing, can be used a a self-help tool.

The act of emotionally supporting or providing comfort to someone in a non-professional manner. It might encompass the actions of listening, empathizing, and engaging with someone in a way that helps them feel understood, supported, or uplifted emotionally, even in casual or social interactions.

I therapize my clients, however, Sanil therapizes me.
