sakasama

Sakasama comes from the Japanese word “upside down”. A sexual position involving multiple men and one woman.

To sakasama a girl takes 5 men or more. 4 men hold her up, one on each arm and leg. They suspend her at waist height above the ground faced down. Then one stands behind her and has sex with her. They typically rotate until all men are finished. If there is a 6th man she can also give a blow job.
