When someone does/says something stupid.

Usually it’s when they give a crazy idea, or they say someone’s something (when they’re not).

Being skuncked is being in a stupid/high state.

Used usually to ask said stupid/crazy person if they’re serious.

Can be likened to “are you crazy?” or “are you stupid?”

“Bro are you skuncked? What are you even saying?”
or
“Ignore him he’s skuncked.”
