Used to describe someone who is not only scruffy but also a scrubber, a real dirty low life from the wrong side of town.

A crustacean-like creature that dwells indoors or underground at all times. Is adverse to light and prefers solitude when scratching his skin off. Has no job or purpose but leeches dole money from the state in order to feed his tesco value bitter-drinking addiction.
