An accusation of peadophillia stemming from the "prononcements" of the 'Paedo Finder General' character made famous by the animated "Monkey Dust" series on British TV.

The evidence for any 'pronouncement' must be completely irelivant and insubstantial. Ie wearing thick glasses, looking shabby, wearing specific tracksuit trousers when over the age of 25 etc etc...
Look at the thcikness of his glasses... He's pronounced.
