You know those things outside car dealerships you pass on the highway? They are kind of like tall blown up balloon people that move with the wind. They usually have a face on them and are scary or intriguing to young children. Children will see these things from their backseat windows and be like "Mommy there is a pawama!" But parents are often either driving or ignoring their children and will say, "Oh that's great honey!" Meanwhile, parents have seen these wiggly, colorful, pumped up, advertising thingamajigs their whole lives, and never really thought about it too much, while this is what a child lives for on a road trip. The Jonas Brothers refer to this thing as a "local dancing tube man" on tik tok, but that is really not the correct name for it.
