Blue Nowhere, a phrase coined by Jefferey Deaver in his book, The Blue Nowhere: Cyberspace. The intangible world of electricity and light. A Hacker's Neverland.

Blue- the colour of electricity
Nowhere- this world exists in no real physical way, it is not somewhere you can go, you cannot touch it. It is 'nowhere'.

In the center of a large area with no notable economic, social, geographic, cultural, or other values. The "Fucking" aspect of the phrase is usually associated with the frustration that comes with being located in the "Nowhere" that is being referred to.
