Loyola School

The real Loyola is like a drama filled reality show. Another day, another drama. In a school with 200 kids everyone has secrets yet everyone thinks they know everything about each other. Besides all the drama the school is great and we really have a good time. Yeah, a lot of people smoke cigs and do drugs but that's their decision and just because they do it doesn't mean you have to do it too. The school is awesome because it doesn't have a rep like other schools in the city do. Most of the kids that go here will claim on a daily basis "i hate loyola" when in truth they go home and they realize they love it because they can be who they want to be at loyola. What the other person said about the stereotypes at loyola, it's funny because the school is so small everyone kind of owns their own little stereotype. there's such a small number of people that they all kind of do their own thing. in addition, what the other person said about loyola ruining the freshman... so not true. the freshman did it to themselves by throwing a party in a teachers house... hello? that's really dumb. Loyola is a great school and it's a beautiful building with great classrooms. Yeah there are a lot of preppy stuck up white kids there but what do you expect with a tuition like they have? enjoy it. you're going to high school with future CEOs. basically, Loyola is the shit.

Loyola School

A private school in New York City located on the upper east side. Providing a Jesuit education, Loyola remains to this day a recognized institution of excellence. Although the school is known for its warm and welcoming atmosphere, it is also known for it's strict disciplinary code of conduct. Like any other high school, there are kids who drink and party, it's unavoidable, but it's not as if the entire school is a constant night club. And like any other high school, if students are caught carrying llegal substances, the administration will take action, but they are normally willing to work with the students. Yes, Loyola has a new dean of students who can be really tough but thats what the position calls for. Everyone has a run in with her at some point in their Loyola career, but it's nothing unreasonable. Outside of the classroom she's fine, and most of us do not concern ourselves with the contents of her wardrobe. The students at Loyola are all very different but we get along fine apart from the drama that is high school. As for the "not smart little rich white kids" comment, well those "not smart little rich white kids" tend to travel to Belize so they can build houses for the poor and they tend to get into Princeton, Columbia, UPenn and other presitigous universities. Please do not let someone's opinion define something for you.

Loyola High School, Los Angeles

One of the most renowned high schools in all of California. One who attends this magnificent school of hierarchy is, but not limited to; a stud, baller, money maker, genius, or any other positively denoted expression/saying. As with any prodigious school that exists, it is agitated and belittled by schools with not nearly as much dexterity. St. Francis in particular is compared to Loyola as, if not, the greatest single sex school in California, which in return is most bothersome. As many of you know, St. Francis did indeed defeat Loyola in football a few years ago; As you also may know, Loyola was mutilating St. Francis in football for roughly 30 years. Yes St. Francis, you did prevail over us, however this should not result in getting a broner and jizzing profusely all over your La Canada terrain with your gaunt FSHA girls. Certainly, this one definition cannot and will not contain everything that is abundant to this vast academic and athletic institution.

Loyola High School, Los Angeles in 2011 was ranked #1 in athletics for an all boys school in the nation by ESPN Rise.

Singlehandedly, Loyola’s cross country team has been ranked in the nation for the past 13 years. (As of 2011)

Loyola Academy

Loyola Academy is a co-educational, Jesuit, college preparatory high school located in Wilmette Illinois. Although it is located on the North Shore and draws around 50% of its students from suburbs bordering Wilmette, the remainder of LA students come from all corners of the Greater Chicago area. Its not uncommon to have a kid from Barrington and a kid from Lincoln Park sitting with you in the 'brary. We Ramblers take pride in this wide-spread diversity. Loyola does its best to build a school community and have Ramblers out in the world, so there is a heavy emphasis on service work living out the school's motto, 'Leaders in Service' and/or 'Men and Women for Others'. In fact, over 90% of graduates take part in Life! Be In It! at least once in their career.

Loyola is well known for its strong athletic program. The Loyola football team consistently makes it far in the IHSA playoffs, but athletic success is not limited to the Gridiron. You'd be hard-pressed to find a year where we didn't win CCL/GCAC in at least 15 sports. Other notable teams are the Boys and Girls Lacrosse, Hockey and Swimming and Diving.

The main focus of Loyola is to get kids into college, and were damn good at it. On an annual basis, 99.9% percent of our graduates attend four-year universities including a substantial number of Big Ten and a handful of Ivy League acceptances. It would be hard to find a Rambler who has not taken at least one AP course in their tenure.

Certainly the Academy has a culture like no other. Everybody is related to at least one other person that goes/has gone to the Academy. Every Rambler can say 'I got two jugs' without thinking twice about it. It is hard to name all the people who got thrown out in their because there are so many. No one actually knows what a Rambler is. Avoid Suela at all costs. The librarians are glorified babysitters. Everybody parks at Edens and hopes they don't get caught.

Most students claim to hate Loyola Academy, but they know that their stay at the Academy will be among the best 4 years of their lives.

Loyola School

A school on the Upper East Side taught by Jesuits and other Catholic people. It's a high school and like all other high schools we have our share of the normals, the weirdos, the drinkers, the "innocent" little Catholic school girls, the jocks, the nerds, the hopeless blondes, the emos, the Atheists, the "hey, there was this one time at band camp" people, the drama queens, the nastiest people you'll ever meet, and the coolest people you'll ever meet. We have a very diverse community of 200 students coming from all over the tri-state area. The people here are fun loving party animals, sugar-coated, wild, smart, and super hot. We're competitive and beast on whatever we do. And yea, we love each other. Most of the time... Peace.

Person #1: My friend goes to Loyola School.
Person #2: I have a friend there too.
Person #1: Yea, they party like crazy over there.
Person #2: I heard. They're really nice people, and I heard like their basketball team is like really good.
Person #1: Yea... I was thinking of transferring there next year.
Person #2: Well, yea, you're like super smart, they'll totally accept you.
Person #1: I do want to go to a good college.
Person #2: Well then, duh, go to Loyola.

Loyola Academy

The best prep school you'll find in the mid west, home of the Ramblers. Located in Wilmette on the North Shore. No matter what those stuck up fags say, we are a lot better than New Trier. We're rich, sexy, good looking, smart, and athletic. Oh, and no doubt we are better than your school.

Kid #1: Where are you going to school next year?

Kid #2: New Trier

Kid#1: What, are you high or something? Loyola Academy is so much better.

Kid #2: ...yes. Yes I am.

loyola blakefield

Right in Towson the basic prep lax principles apply but common at this school is the waffle. Everyone wears one and no one outside of the school knows to much about them except they get them on Kairos. During the school day frisbee or lying on the hill is the activity of choice. School games are heavily attended by heavily intoxicated kids. Weekends roll around and loyola students spread across the county. The majority of social functions in the surrounding area have several loyola kids in attendance with their natural light or cheap plastic handle. Uncommonly found at this school would be white trash or any diversity.
