A phrase used by certain group of lottery players to signal that the upcoming winning numbers for the next few rolls may be easily visible, like snoopy when he’s sleeping on his roof because if he’s not on the roof and sleeping inside his doghouse you couldn’t easily see him or in this case, see the winning numbers which usually are triples or quads in a pick 3 or pick 4 daily drawing such as 444 or 7777 etc any combination of the same number which is extremely easy to pin down as long as ‘snoopy is on the roof’ what triggers the declaration is determined by the messenger, he/she may be right, or they may be wrong.
