Hittin' 60 is a phrase used to describe how you are feeling while under the influence of alcoholic beverages. The threshold for "hittin' 60" ranges from individual to individual but once everyone in your group is "hittin' 60" you know it will be a good night. Fun fact about "hittin' 60", if you are absolutely tittied, can't breathe and are duct taped to the couch, you can simply say "60" and everyone will understand.
