A man of basic attractiveness, that has very little or no talent whatsoever. Is usually in the military, and seems to get the most attractive women for no apparent reason at all.
A Goober has a very low view of individuality, and usually doesn't seem very educated at all.

Person 2: "She's gorgeous, man I feel sorry for her."
