gollywog

A contreversial black doll popularised by Robertson jam, the doll was later found to be politically incorrect and manufacturing of these cute little characters was illegal. Nowadays, the word gollywog is misused to call someone of black skin (also see wog).

because the doll is black it MUST be racist, infact anything including cars and trainers that are black in colour should be illegal because they are racist.

Golliwog

A predominantly UK expression which originally was a children's literature character and type of black doll but which eventually became to be used as a jibe against people with dark skin (black people), most commonly Afro-Caribbeans.

Naomi Campbell reportedly assaulted a British Airways employee after he referred to her as a "Golliwog supermodel".

gollywobbles

A term used to describe a digital voice transmission that is received in a fringe area and is pixelated, resulting in a low delivered audio quality (DAQ). In this condition, the decoded signal's bit error rate (BER) has exceeded a critical value. This results in strange sounds that sound like "gollywobbles" instead of understandable speech.

After the sheriff narrowbanded his radio system and went to digital, the dispatcher sounded like gollywobbles every time his deputies drove through the valley.
