(noun): a "smaller version" of the term faggot, without implying homosexuality, and attacking character (or lack thereof).

the term gayfer usually carries little-to-no homosexual connotation within it, in the same way that faggot or pussy, many times, have little to do with orientation or genitalia.

garfer

Garfer is a sometimes fatal sexually transmitted disease that attacks the digestive system. It is most easily contracted during anal sex. Symptoms include (but are not limited to): mild bleeding following anal sex or bowel movements, stomach cramps or discomfort, diarrhea, fatigue, and muscle aches. Usually this disease in contracted through anal sex, but it is also possible to get it from vaginal and/or oral sex. There is no known way to prevent this disorder except for abstinence. If you have any of these symptoms, you should contact a doctor immediately.

I don't want to catch the garfer, so I abstain from all forms of sexual intercourse.
