Gore Effect
The phenomenon that leads to unseasonably cold temperatures, driving rain, hail, or snow whenever Al Gore visits an area to discuss global warming. Hence, the Gore Effect.

An odd funny looking person that runs on less energy but thinks he is just as bright as a normal person. He also seems to somehow cost you more time or money.
I work with this noob that drones on and on with his mindless drivel taking up all my time. He's such a gore bulb.
