1. A dirty police officer who is doing illicit activity and trying to blame or frame criminals that are innocent.

2. A dirty police officer who is always fucking up at his job and is always messing up when on the job

3. A police officer who is a liar and falsify evidence.

4. An idiot police officer, who can’t do his job correctly so he tries to falsify evidence or frame suspect

That cop is such a fouler. He is so dirty, stay away from him. The prosecutor office is investigating due to his incompetence and him being known for him framing suspects.
