Initialism for "Fall-On-Outstretched-Hand." Used in medical groups to describe people falling face forward, and attempting to catch themselves with their hands, often resulting in injuries.

Foosh

An acronym for "Falling On Outstretched Hands." It is most commonly used in the parkour community as well as the medical field due to FOOSHing causing such a large number of wrist sprains, and bone breaks in the arms.
I sprained my wrist last week while training. I was doing a "Kong Vault," but my hands slipped, I fell forward and FOOSHed.
