Higher qualities become commonplace, and subsequently 240p was only used by people with slow internet speeds. Due to this, when a viewer comes across an old YouTube video in the 240p resolution, they may say the phrase '240p we meet again', or something along those lines due to being unaccustomed to viewing such a low resolution.
