A combination of someone being hipster, vintage, and modern all at the same time. The "vinny" in he word stands for vintage, the "mod" stands for modern. Vinny-mods often like various types of music. They are also very funny and can get mean, at times. A lot of Vinny-mods use a website which shall not be named, true Vinny-mods will know what it is. If you see one, be sure to talk to them, they love friends, most of the time. Vinny-mods are the coolest people you will ever meet.

They could be the chad people that actually ban people for actual reasons Or the exact opposite (the motherfuckers) that are discord mods and have no life irl and ban you for no fucking reason.

"Loan Mods"

Modifying an exsisting loan to better terms/lower payments. Currently loan mods are a way for a borrower of a home loan to negotiate the terms of there mortgage. Loan Modification officers are typically a third party out of work x-mortgage loan officer trying to continue to make easy money by being a middle man involved in financial transactions.
