Time Per Lay--The time per lay is an index that measures how much time one spends to get in someone else's pants. The goal being to have as low a TPL as possible. Time Per Lay becomes more important the more money you make at your job. The logic being that you could in fact spend more to get laid more, but to make sense you must not have to take as much time out of your day to get laid.
Cook: "Hey have you banged that girl you have been seeing yet?"

It was first held in conjunction with Fulda Gap 2010.
Paintballer 1: "Hey are you going to watch me at the TPSAC tonight?"
Paintballer 2: "You're touching more balls?"

I used to TP when I was young, and in fact ended up making a movie about it! As a high school english project, we were to get together in groups and make a movie (we'd been studying filmmaking). Well, our group decided to tackle a subject we knew well - TPing! The result was "The Art of TPing, or How to Gift Wrap a House," which received an A-. The minus was for a crude little joke in the movie, which you will see if you view the movie, now on Google Videos!
