officer strout

commonly used term often used to describe a shitmuff police officer. Also used to describe cowardly police officers who like to hit on/stalk/abuse college age girls. sometimes used to refer to a police officer who has no friends, no life, and no real reason to get out of bed in the morning.

The woman at the office (or any work place, really) who can always be relied upon for things your mom would always have or be prepared for, ie; snacks, tampons, bandaid, postage stamps, lunch money, sage advice. Everyone loves the office mom.
