When someone is so irritating that you want to punch them in the mouth to the effect that a tooth is knocked out, swallowed, processed, and expelled (along with the requisite pain that comes from passing a tooth).

The phrase was subsequently mistranslated in several Asian countries and is now used to describe an unintended unaesthetic bowl style haircut with two middle parts at the front.

Step 1:touch some grass while going out side.
Step 2:go to store with money that you acquired legally

Step 3:purchase both toothbrush and toothpaste
Step 4:pay for it you little shit

Step 5 :exit store and go home
Step 7:enter bathroom

Step 8:unpack both toothbrush and toothpaste

Step:9 grab toothpaste and place contents of it on toothbrush

Step 10: place toothbrush in side of mouth and start scrubing
Step 11: try doing it for 2 minutes

Step 12:well done you have now revealed all the cavities in your teeth

Now go to the dentist.
