Crack roach

Variant of Crack head, crack rat, crackie, etc. Used to refer to one who smokes crack cocaine wandering the streets with the gait of a hallucinating chicken. Often seen at night in dark, shadowy places. Scurries away at first light.

God damn crack roaches got into the bread crumbs again.
