This sinful and evil process of PK withdrawl leads the fiend into a downward spiral of constant anxiety for the next high, or just aquiring it. To aquire it, a fiend will do whatever it takes, whether it be steal money from Mother's purse, or rob the neiborhood pharmacy. Eventually, the pill fiend will either die of an overdose, or kill themself.
Geez, Thomas is such a pill fiend! His dad had to hide his prescription Oxycodone in a safe just so he wouldn't steal them! I guess thats why he's learning how to pick a safe...
