An exclamation of contempt, somewhat like "eat s**t". Comes from level 17 of the game Marathon Infinity, titled "Eat The Path".

This dude was being all lame in Starcraft, so I told him to eat the path, and he got mad and quit.

Brothers response: She's pathogenic, I said Pathogenic! don't listen to her! She didn't even eat supper, to make matters worse she didn't eat breakfast too before the test. Seriously Pathogenic.

Path of Deletion Destruction

When you are typing a sentence, and you make a typo halfway through, and instead of moving your cursor to correct it you delete everything up to the typo, correct it, then retype the sentence.

Dude, don't do on a path of deletion destruction, you'll delete half of your paper!
