Pronounced: leo-tea-om. The v-shape in the lower area of a mans torso which many girls (and homosexual/bisexual/pansexual people) find attractive. Its proper name is not "the v", but "the lower end of the external oblique muscles" hence the abbreviation L.E.O.T.E.O.M.
