a phrase that is used when one is too pressed for time and/or too bad ass to use the entire phrase "by the way."

"w" is occasionally said in place of the "dubbs" but only by losers who are not awesome enough to say it correctly.

Dubs

Slang for 20", 22", 24", & 26" common-size rims. 20"-22" rims most preferred on full size cars, mainly "ghetto-beaters" or a low-budget vehicle with wheel modifications. These are commonly older luxury vehicles consisting of 1980's-1990's Era Oldsmobile Delta 88's, Cadillac DeVilles, Chevrolet Impalas, and many more models. As for 22" and above rims are the higher class, more expensive source of style. Most of these styles are preferred on a Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, or any other kind of luxury sports utility vehicle. A newer style of rims, "Spinners", commonly called are large upper-scale rims with a ball bearing type of action, with what appears to be another fascia attachment. It uses very little friction and are usually manufactured with near-perfect balance. These use centrifugal force to continue spinning, even after braking to a complete stop. This may be attractive to many urban crowds.

Dubstep

Genre with a ton of soul and takes a ton of talent to produce, unlike Brostep where kids can just download a pirated copy of Fruity Loops, add some kicks+snares, high pitched robot sounds, wobbles, and produce that trash under Dubstep. Dubstep is not "Filthy", that is Brostep. Dubstep is all about the sub bass, again, what Brostep is not. Dubstep does not have the hip hop lyrics or the crazy annoying wobbles, that is Brostep. The Dubstep community is slowing turning to shit because of the mass influx of 11 year old kids new to this think Skrillex, Flux Pavillion, Doctor P, etc is cool so they try to be cool by copy and pasting overused jokes like the beaten to death "dirtier than fingering your sister" joke which for some shitty reason is the most thumbs up definition for Dubstep. Want to see proof of this atrocity? Go look at the comments posted at UKFDubstep and Skrillex videos.

I wouldn't be surprised if MTV turned Dubstep(Brostep) into "the next big thing" and ruins the genre like how they ruined all the other forms of music.
