As a noun: filth resembling the moldy dirt one finds encrusted on the floors of public washrooms or anything else truly disgusting.

As an adjective: used to describe all things that are beyond nasty, disgusting and dirty.

Noun: "Ewwww, the train is covered in goudge!" or "What is that goudge!?"

Adjective: "That a-hole is full of goudge." or "She is such a goudgey tramp."
