A Nasal Blasm is when you are about to sneeze, and someone says or does something that makes you look up and accidentally sneeze directly into their face.

Bob- "Hey, Bill"

Bill- ::startled sneeze in Bob's facehole::
Bill- "...Sorry about the nasal blasm, dude. Did you want something?"

Bob- "...Maybe a tissue and a bottle of bleach."
