MC Herpes is a widely acclaimed up and coming rapper from the streets of Chicago who is best known for his clever bars and undefeated rap battle record within the Chicago high school community. His most renowned rap battle victory came at the expense of a Jones College Prep student who went by the name of "elbow", before committing suicide after an onslaught of roasts from MC Herpes compelled him to do so. Many Chicago insiders consider him to be the next Chief Keef, due to the fact that Sosa came up from an almost identical Chicago high school rapping background as Herpes.
