change sandwich

In various food delivery professions, when someone pays you in exact change, puting bills in your hand with small change on top, and then puts the tip over it. Resulting in bills on the top and bottom with change in the middle, and inevitably spilt change all over the place when you try to pocket it.
Damnit, that bitch on west 82nd always pays in change sandwiches. I always end up spilling quarters all over the place.
