When one is playing a competitive video game and two people kill each other at the same time. The term orginates from the video game GoldenEye 007 for the Wii where it was common for that type of kill to happen, with both players killing each other.

The phrase basically means the police are racist and commit police brulutality.

A way of saying that someone is being stupid.
Usually this doesn't mean that they want the other to actually kill themself, just to say they are being stupid.

Example:
Person 1: Justin Bieber is amazing!!!!!
Person 2: Kill Yourself.....
