An example, and routinely heard V speed, is Vr which is rotation speed during takeoff. There are dozens. Vx is the V Speed for Best Angle of Climb. It is also used to denote a flight where the ENTIRE crew of a flight is female. Vx denotes this because of every woman has two X chromosomes.
The flight to Hawaii had didn’t have a single male in the cockpit or galley - it’s great to be on another Vx flight.
