Customer care is a concept of how to treat a customer no matter what the issue. Treat the person as you yourself would like to be treated.

Care Troll

A care troll is a troll that comes onto a thread and posts an absolutely outrages, "HOW CAN YOU PEOPLE LAUGH AT THIS THING, CAN'T YOU SEE THAT SOMEONE COULD GET HURT??" kind of message. They are usually verbally abusive toward other people.
