squeeky cheek

A rarely used sexual maneuver employing the acts of fellatio, masturbation, and wound-fucking all in one. The squeeky cheek is performed by gently stabbing a hole into the facial cheek of a willing participant, forcibly shoving the thumb and index-finger portion of the 'OK' symbol into the oral opening, then proceeding to make sweet love to the cheek wound.
