A game commonly played by Call of Duty 4 rejects and those too poor to afford Halo 3 and Rainbow Six Vegas 2. Gears of War gives these players a high sensation, causing them to go online and boast about how good they are, thus inflating their egos to the point where they become delirious and begin to say "Nigger" all the time, though most of them are small, white 13 year old virgins. A euphemism for sexual intercourse, presumably derived from the fact that Gatsby lived in a place called "West Egg." The resulting euphemism implies that the sex is intended to result in pregnancy.
