Grange Hill Casuals is a term given to intimidating 12 year olds that go on football away games in a large group. They probably all wear Stone Island coats bought from a market, will definitely wear Adidas Gazelles, and their favourite song will be 'Sally Cinnamon' by The Stone Roses.

Casual fine dining refers to a restaurant that has incredible food, but does not require strictly business attire and does not have white tablecloths. Casual fine dining restaurants have a family friendly atmosphere. Prices can reflect an upscale restaurant.
The Cheesecake Factory is a great restaurant. When I want to go to a Casual fine dining restaurant, that's where I go.

Just like the 'Mod, Casual' definition, one who is aware of the new fashions but goes more casual. Wearing either Ralph Lauren or Ben Shermen, ect. Either dress shoes or in contrast to the tailored shirts, go with Puma's or flat-bottomed Adidas, ect.
