The phrase 'death by admin' generally refers to the burnout a worker may often feel after performing repetitive and mundane admin tasks (such as manual data entry) for an extended period of time. Valuable employees are left feeling unmotivated and will be more prone to quit their jobs.

An Discord Admin is someone who deletes your Discord account if you accidently break any rules or if you're 1 month, 1 week or 1 day away from getting 13 year but used Discord.

User: NOOOOO COME ON TOMORROW I AM 13
