A roundabout way of insulting a person with "first-world problems," by suggesting that they haven't experienced enough poverty to know what real problems are. Often spoken so fast it cannot be heard, this phrase is often used by workers at call centers who have to deal with so many customer complaints, that they can't help but insult the people who call in out of spite.
Not to be confused with "Camping," which is directed at people who couch-surf for survival, participate in what is perceived as sex work, or frequently like to torture themselves outdoors.
