A holistic health technique that involves massaging, kneading, pressing or otherwise touching a series of points on the feet so as to bring about deep relaxation and a state of overall well-being for the whole person. Reflexology reduces stress, improves blood and nerve supply, and encourages the body to seek its own balance.

After receiving an hour of the holistic foot massage known as reflexology, Mariah was so mellow and relaxed that she just curled up and napped on the sofa for another couple hours.

Refrigerator Coma

When there is nothing good to eat in the fridge and you find yourself staring inside the fridge hoping something, anything will look good enough to eat.

This includes flipping back and forth between the refrigerator and the freezer

Husband: oh no not again *runs to kitchen*
Wife: *head inside fridge* Nothing....to...eat!
Husband: its ok your just in a refrigerator coma, good thing i brought home pizza

umpire decision referral system

Cricket: A reminder of the shocking decisions Steve Bucknor had made. If it were not for these decisions, a system would not have to be in place allowing for the challenge of umpires calls regarding as to whether a batsmen is out. Each team is allowed two unsuccessful challenges per innings.
