Overt and deliberate

The difference between what they were and are currently doing and anything they are usung to justify it.

Hym "Oh? Is you being vaguely aware of a thing I did that you don't like MAKE IT YOUR BUSINESS and, therefore, justification for you to try and punish me in an overt and deliberate way? Well, somebody sounds like Hym now don't they? What's the specific act you that you're tolerating that justifies doing it?
