A word used by banks as an excuse not to provide banking services to outside non banking personal and then a compound excuse for why neither banking services work and additional excuse to force people if convicted for improper conduct by a court to sit in jail for 5 years.

We cannot topup your bank account with money to pay fees because that's fraud.
