The nickname "Face Genius" was given to Kim Seok-Jin of BTS by Korean netizens in 2015. Since that he keeps being selected as the "Face Genius" of South Korea every year. Korean netizens participate in the votings (for example Airang TV voting). Kim Seok-Jin also got complimented as the "Face Genius" after a pictorial editor of the Dicon magazine revealed that his pictures don't need any editing. BTS members as well selected him as the "Face Genius" of the group in 2021.
