To describe a person that’s a bit hefty and on the large side. Ie fat. Said in the same way As describing feeding an animal or livestock.
Chip as in the British potato fry more than the American potato chip.

Club Fed

A minimum security prison with living conditions more lax than other minimum security prisons. These may include such things as a golf course, a horse farm, or a bowling alley, and allowing prisoners their own lock and key for their more comfortable than usual "cells."
