Gentrified location that is kind of a solid vibe. But, it's post pandemic, and the seats are all full and it feels like you're included, so you try not to mull over the ethics. Owners are typically out of towners in their 30s who want to have a strong social media following. Your hinge date will probably take you to this spot and you'll be like "Oh they definitely take other bitches here," but then you start taking all your dates and friends there too because it is such a vibe.
