White Box Pizza

A white box pizza is a pizza with a very common taste with other pizza places with white pizza boxes. Alot of pizza places that have white boxes taste very similar to other pizza places with white boxes. This doesn't mean the pizza is bad, it just means that they taste generic. White Box Pizza places are usually locally owned.

Normal Pizza- Little Ceasars, Dominos, etc.
White Box Pizza- Local Pizza Places (Guiseppe's Pizza)

"Hey Tony, have you tried that new pizza place in town?"
"Yeah, it just tastes like a white box pizza."

White Center

Largely misinterpreted as the scum center of unincorporated King County, Washington, White Center is in fact much more than a scum center. It is much more than a collective of toothless hookers, violent pimps, and dangerous minorities, though it does contain such seedy elements. It was where Richard Hugo, a prominent American poet once nominated for the National Book Award, grew up and drew much
of his artistic vision. So, this place can't be all that vacuous. It is a place of happiness, loss, sadness, love, despair, murder, thievery, generosity, diversity, life, and death. It encapsulates all that the human experience can offer. I should know because I grew up there. This piece of South Seattle is both shitty and beautiful.

white screen of death

A type of test pattern that appeared on a lot of VHS tapes before the mid-1990s. It consists of a white screen accompanied by an endless tone. If VHS tapes did not have this, they would either have static, a black screen with red numbers and a phone dialing noise, or a multicolored pattern.

Man, that white screen of death that came out of nowhere at the end of my VHS tape scared da hell outta me so much I wanted to run outta da room.

white dog shit

a product of the 1970's,white dog shit was everywhere! it was all over the place because once upon a time high quantities of chalk were addded to tins of dog food therefore when a dog would take a shit after a few days in the sunshine the poo would dry out and eventually turn white. nowadays pet food manufacturers don't use chalk in their food and this is why we don't see any more white dog shit lying around.

a name used in the new york police department to describe a Police officer who has not attained the rank of detective, sgt, or higher .Usually called this due to the white color of their shields(aka Badges) having not earned a gold shield(dt, sgt, lt)
