Lozenge

A piece of protective film (Mylar) used in between a sculpture or artwork and a base (plinth) for which it rests upon. This ensures that no damage is caused by the painted surface of the base coming into contact with the sculpture.

We will insert a lozenge in between the sculpture and the platform.
