Chapping

Chapping is the term for that long, lustful make out you and your significant other share. When your in the car after a hot date and you both know, it's time. When you chap, both of your lips have been pre-moistened by the chap stick. It is not a dry or super moist experience.

Capping

Random girl comes on webcam to meet new people and is persuaded by random people (competing for points) to flash various body parts, not knowing that screen captures of video will surface on the world wide web within 30 seconds. The video will be traded on websites by hundreds of people and streamed. Videos are traded by collectors. Blackmailers get hold of the videos and information on the girls then hunt them and use the videos as leverage to get the girls under their control and command eg forced to do sex shows. Groups of heroes or 'white knights' who may also be paedophiles run around trying to save the girls from the blackmailing paedophiles. The act of freaking out in a chat room (i.e. screaming). Often identifed by the keyboard use of ALL CAPS and multiple exclamation points.

I don't know who this Joey269 dude is, but he started capping out on me when I said something about his mother.

Out of date or worn out, usually to describe attire or accessories. Also means tired out.

As in "man, my tracksuit is clappin'. Gotta get down JJB Sport and buy a new one."
