When a Woman ignores what a Man is saying, for one reason or another. Can occur when a Woman asks a Man a question, but does not care about the answer. She may "Chick-gnore" his response.

Maybe if she wasn't "Chick-gnoring" me, I wouldn't have to mansplain things to her.

She thinks I'm Mansplaining things, simply because she asked me a question, then chick-gnored my answer.
