When you say someone/something/event is tufftacious, it means it is beyond tuff/tough. It is on another level where nobody can comprehend because either it cannot be replicated, or it was so good no one believes it happened.

Tuffnuts is the best insult to use to catch someone off guard because its unheard of and i just invented it. its a variation of "chucklenuts" from tf2, but it has nothing related to it. its typically used to describe/ mock someone trying to act tuff and this insult really ruins their reputation and gives them no bitches
